Privacy-focused AI platform Venice’s VVV token reached a record $34.51 on Sept. 21, Decrypt’s Jose Antonio Lanz reported. The token gives holders access to AI computing capacity through staking, which locks tokens in a smart contract.
Founded by ShapeShift founder Erik Voorhees, Venice says it does not log users’ prompts. The platform uses some revenue to buy and permanently remove VVV from circulation, while annual token issuance is scheduled to fall from 2.5 million to 2 million on Oct. 1.
