Coinbase's new 'agentic wallets' come with programmable spending limits

The U.S. crypto exchange introduced the new agentic wallets on Wednesday, designed to work seamlessly with the x402 crypto payments protocol and equipped "with built-in security guardrails." Coinbase said the new agentic wallets are designed to unlock autonomous agents that monitor yields across crypto protocols and can "manage liquidity positions 24/7."
